Chameleon Flakes are slightly different from chameleon powder, The powder is fine grains whilst flakes are larger. They can be rubbed in for a similar effect or left as flakes for a totally unique effect. Apply on tackless Gelina. We suggest a base coat over and finish with top for a long lasting effect.
