Cosmos dust meets unicorn meets holo powder. It’s just gorgeous. Apply on non stick gel polish, cover with Base coat and finish with top for a beautiful yet strong effect. Clients are going to go crazy for this! Please note holo dust is only one colour. It appears different depending on gel polish colour on which it is applied.
