Made of a grade Pink Corundum. This material is known for its ability to remain cool even under pressure! The grit is pure and never coloured, what you see is the natural colour. These are a medium grit excellent for cleaning and polishsing. Many may look the same but these are a different class.

As mentioned already they are highest grade corundum on the outside. Inside you will find an inner layer of Nylon, this protects and ensures perfect accuracy and smoothness of operation. It also ensures a Non-toxic, non pungent smelling and highly heat resistant product. This avoids damage caused by thermal expansion found in cheaper, lower grade caps.
The shaft of the mandrel is medical grade Tungsten Carbide engraved with the letters QD. The mandrel head itself is constructed using first grade surgical rubber. We are proud to put our name to this great product.
