Replacement Filter PM2.5, used in conjunction with our anti dust mask for the best protection you can get. These filters individually and feature 5 Layers anti PM2.5 activated carbon filter protection. They are easy to fit and we are certain you will agree that your health comes first.

What is PM2.5?

These are tiny particles of atmospheric particulate matter (PM) that have a diameter of less than 2.5 micrometers, which is about 3% the diameter of a human hair. Due to the fact that they are extremely tiny, for example bacteria, they do tend to stay longer in the air than heavier particles. This increases the chances of humans and animals inhaling them into the bodies. Unfortunately as they are so minute they are able to bypass the nose and throat and get deep into the lungs, some may even enter the circulatory system.

Studies have found a close link between exposure to fine particles likewise premature death from heart and lung disease may well result from breathing in PM2.5. These PM2.5 particles are also known to set off  or make worse chronic disease such as asthma, heart attack, bronchitis and other respiratory issues.

How Do These Filters Protect?

Once correctly installed these filters prevent these small particles entering our lungs. Thanks to five layers of protection, including an activated charcoal layer for example, the filters really do work. This has been studied and proved.
